On Saturday, September 27, and Sunday, September 28, 2025, the fourth edition of the 100 Bridges Run will take place in Leiden. You can walk (on Saturday starting from the Garenmarkt) or run (on Sunday starting from the Vismarkt) over 100 bridges: from ancient stone arch bridges to the brand new Singelpark Bridge. This unique race over rivers, canals, towpaths, and singels takes you past the most beautiful spots in the historic city center. The route has been carefully planned and offers stunning views and a special atmosphere.

Highlights

  • Participants can register for different distances: 19.5 km, 12 km, and 8 km.
  • The route starts at Garenmarkt and goes right through the center of Leiden, passing many attractions, through various parks, and through the Hortus Botanicus.
  • After the finish, everyone receives a beautiful medal.
